5Subject to section 6, if there is a conflict between this Act or a regulation under this Act and the Protected Natural Areas Act, the Crown Lands and Forests Act or any other Act or any regulations made under those Acts, whether enacted before or after the commencement of this Act, this Act or the regulation made under this Act prevails.
